The Fetal Heart Society (FHS) Nursing Committee advances excellence in nursing care for fetuses, infants, and families affected by congenital heart disease through education, collaboration, professional development, and advocacy. The Committee supports the Society’s mission by promoting family-centered, evidence-informed, and ethically grounded care across the continuum of prenatal diagnosis, perinatal planning, and postnatal management of fetal heart disease. By fostering multidisciplinary collaboration, supporting nursing scholarship and mentorship, and developing resources that enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes, the Committee serves as a vital voice for nurses within the fetal cardiology community.
