Dr. Anita Szwast from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia will present on “Application of Maternal Hyperoxygenation in Provocative Diagnostic Testing”, discussing the effect of acute MH on fetal physiology, evaluation by fetal echo, and lesions that can be helpful for prognosis and delivery planning.  Next, Dr. Jennifer Co-Vu from University of Florida Health Congenital Heart Center will discuss “Efficacy of Chronic Maternal Hyperoxygenation Therapy”, reviewing protocols for chronic MH, barriers to this type of therapy, and its efficacy. Dr. Whitnee Hogan from University of Utah will present on “Impact of Maternal Hyperoxygenation on Cerebral Blood Flow in the Context of CHD”, focusing on cerebral blood flow evaluation and potential impact on neurodevelopmental outcomes. Drs. Mary Donofrio and Mike Seed from Children’s National and University of Toronto will join for a panel discussion.
